Transit-Oriented Development Katy Station Lofts Approved by City Council

On August 14, the Fort Worth City Council approved several proposals connected to the Katy Station Lofts development on West Vickery.

The development is a proposed mixed-use, mixed-income, multi-family development that will include residential, retail, a parking garage, and a hotel. The project is a collaborative effort between the City, Trinity Metro, Fort Worth Housing Solutions, and developer RMGM, an affiliate of Matthews Southwest. Bennett Benner Architects are the architects for the project.
