Magnolia Avenue Hotel Breaks Ground

On March 20, a special groundbreaking for a new hotel and residential property took place at the corner of Magnolia Avenue and S. Henderson Street. 

The new mixed-use project will feature a 138 room boutique hotel, 17 extended stay suites, a signature restaurant and bar along Magnolia Avenue, a rooftop lounge and events space, 15 condominiums, a publicly-accessible park, and a 409 space parking garage including 150 public spaces. The hotel, which will be independently operated, is currently scheduled for a late 2019 completion. 

The Dolabi Family Partnership and Bond Partners are bringing this project to life, along with Bennett Benner Partners, Architects, and Balfour Beatty, General Contractor.
