I have a love for all things beautiful, clever, colorful, genuine, and thought-provoking. Thirty years ago I started designing and manufacturing jewelry on a wholesale level, but soon grew tired of producing "vanilla for the masses". I wanted to create more intimate and individual pieces that would be treasured and valued by their discoverers. I acquired the skill sets to accomplish this goal through years of workshops and classes ranging from welding to silversmithing. I'm now fortunate enough to have a studio worthy of a mash-up episode of "Hoarders" and "Tool Time". I enjoy being able to create a range of work depending upon my current whim or that of my current customer. I also love sharing my knowledge with burgeoning artists and have started offering simple metals classes in my workshop. I'm currently exploring the joy and excitement of color through the enameling process. It's always exciting to see what comes out of the kiln and how the colors mix in the fire!
