I incorporate medieval illuminated manuscipt letters along with pictures and borders in my illustrations.  Cultural myths and ledgends are a favorite theme in my work.  I have worked in various medias.  My favorite is glass.  I have explored using shrinky dinks in little decorative boxes.  I also use gold leaf in most of my paintings.  Except one for the purpose of the theme.
