I use layers of translucent watercolor to create depth in my paintings, and allow bleeding colors to mix together in my work. Most of the time, my paintings depict sweet subject matter and can encourage calm and peaceful feelings. I like for my portrayal of everyday objects to promote thoughts and feelings in the viewer. Working on my paintings gives me a calm yet energized outlook and each piece leads me to an idea for the next.
