Personally fraught with my desire for freedom and the contending desire for intimacy have inspired my current body of work. I am captivated by the animal kingdom and implementing its history and evolution, using metaphor to represent that in my paintings. Using behavior as a foundation, I am also attempting to express my fascination with monogamy, inherent traits similar to that of human behavior such as depression & addiction, coexistence, and the need to create.
