My love of art came early; doodles led to private lesson that led to an art minor in college.

I have recently retired from teaching to pursue my own art.  Growth is eternal, and I know have a lot more to discover.  I love experimenting with new substances, new techniques, new media.  I create whimsical pieces that make me smile.  I like creating picassiette mosaics from broken cups and plates, giving them new life as art.  I also embellish acrylic pours with collage items; found objects, vintage jewelry, bits and pieces of junk drawer detritus.
